Established in 2008, we are a local and completely independent practice specialized in geriatric care. Dr. Guillermo Morel and Dr. Eileen Fermin, board-certified physicians with specialties in Geriatric Medicine and over 20 years of experience, opened our first office in Sebastian. In 2021, the practice added a second office, located in Vero Beach.
As primary care providers, we guarantee our patients the peace of mind of knowing that they will be taken care of when they need to. When our patients call, we answer. We go above and beyond to accomodate urgent walk-ins, and never make our patients wait more than one business day to get them into the office.
Our providers are available during business hours from Monday through Friday for in-person and virtual appointments. During the weekends, our answering service is available at all times to take messages, refill requests & getting our patients in contact with a provider if necessary.
